You must to delete all the following Variables : GAME_PROJECT GAME_PROJECT_NAME GAME_PROJECT_SRC MAYAVERSION MAYA_SCRIPT_PATH MESADIR STEAMDIR STEAMUSER (prior MESA 2.0.2) XBMLANGPATH Backup your projects and source assets Go at this location MESA/projects directory and then you can backup the workspace you wish to backup, and restore them lately. Remove the MESA Simply have to delete the MESA directory and the uninstall is now complete.
