Unpack the files from the pack you get from Gumroad.
to :
Zbrush 4R7 32bits
Pixologic/Zbrush 4R7/ZStartup/ZPlugs/
Zbrush 4R7 64bits
Pixologic/Zbrush 4R7/ZStartup/ZPlugs64/
Starts Zbrush or restart it if you have it already opened, and after you unpack the toolset, you should see all the dedicated modules appear into the Zplugin Section and the Core module is located into the File Section ( see image below ).
